Expertise and Experience
Isabelle Delisle is a CAMS- and CCAS-certified fintech and payments executive with over 22 years of experience leading operations, payments, risk, and regulatory functions across international financial services environments.
She most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Paytently, an MFSA-regulated payment institution, with executive responsibility for Payments, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Customer Operations. Isabelle now continues to support the company as an Advisor to the Board, providing strategic guidance on operational resilience, payments infrastructure, governance, and regulatory alignment.
Prior to this, Isabelle spent 18 years with Pinnacle, including serving as Director of Payments, where she led global payment provider strategy, integrations, commercial negotiations, and performance governance across complex international payment ecosystems.
Isabelle has deep expertise in payment orchestration, payment operations, and transaction management systems, with hands-on experience designing scalable payment flows, routing logic, reconciliation frameworks, and operational controls for high-volume digital payment environments.
She currently acts as an independent Operations and Payments Consultant, advising fintech and payment technology companies on operational strategy, governance, scalable delivery models, and payments optimisation. Her consulting work includes supporting merchants in identifying and implementing suitable payment partners and solutions. Current engagements include working with TXN.IO on operational and payments strategy, as well as advising AMIX Solutions on its SaaS white-label cashier and transaction management platform, alongside other fintech and payments-related projects.
Isabelle is recognised for bridging operational, commercial, technical, and regulatory perspectives, offering boards and leadership teams practical insight into fintech infrastructure, operational resilience, payments, and financial crime risk.
