Our founder, Isabelle, began her career in luxury hospitality, managing F&B operations at top resorts like Carlisle Bay and Peter Island. In 2002, Isabelle moved into roles at WWTS.com, BetBet.com and Pinnacle.com where she spent 18 years as Director of Payments. During that time, Isabelle lead global teams across Payments, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Customer Operations. As a CAMS Certified SME and primary stakeholder for Pinnacle’s in house PCI-compliant transaction management platform, Isabelle lead system modernization and regulatory alignment teams whilst simultaneously managing and implementing a global payment partner strategy, vendor consolidation, and cost optimization projects.
Today, she serves as Chief Payments Officer at Paytently, a fast growth European Fintech business, and consults for startups like TXN.pro and AMIX Solutions, helping them build scalable, compliant payment and operations frameworks.
