Isabelle Delisle is a CAMS- and CCAS-certified fintech and payments executive with over 25 years of experience leading operations, payments, and risk functions in complex, multi-market environments. She currently serves as Chief Operations Officer, with executive accountability for Payments, Risk, and Customer Operations, and a strong track record of building scalable, resilient operating models that support growth and regulatory expectations.
Isabelle brings deep expertise in payment orchestration and payment management systems, having acted as a subject matter expert in the design and implementation of payment platforms, routing logic, reconciliation frameworks, and operational controls underpinning high-volume digital payment flows. Her experience combines strategic oversight with hands-on knowledge of how payment systems operate at scale.
Her background includes exposure to digital assets and crypto-enabled payment flows, primarily from an operational, risk, and governance perspective. This includes working with crypto-adjacent payment providers, assessing control frameworks, and integrating alternative payment methods within established compliance, AML, and risk management structures.
Previously, as Director of Payments, Isabelle led global payment provider strategy, commercial negotiations, integrations, and performance governance. She has partnered extensively with Payment Service Providers to modernize payment infrastructures, improve authorization rates, manage cost and risk exposure, and strengthen control environments.
Isabelle is known for her ability to bridge commercial, technical, and regulatory perspectives, providing clear oversight while remaining close enough to operations to challenge assumptions and identify risk early. She offers boards practical insight into payments, fintech infrastructure, operational resilience, and financial crime risk, grounded in real-world execution.
